Gillette’s New FlexBall Razor Is Extraordinary
It seems technology knows exactly how to eliminate every one of our most awkward problems – the ones we didn’t even think were possible to overcome. The new FlexBall razor by Gillette can almost completely get rid of the need to crane your neck or make idiotic faces while shaving. Instead of more blades, the Gillette FlexBall concentrates on a different aspect of the razor altogether – its handle.

Completely Redesigned
The Gillette FlexBall razor has a handle that is fully redesigned, with a gracefully light pivoting head. It can swing from one side to the other and has a 24-degree range of motion. The entire setup works in harmony with the existing ProGlide blade cartridges by Gillette.
Dual Hinge System
The Flexball behaves like a ball joint but isn’t one in reality. It is instead a system of dual hinges that consist of a side-to-side pivot beneath the traditional tilting blade mechanism. This system lets the blade come in contact with the surface of your facial skin at regular intervals, and resembles a car with an independent suspension system.
No More Repositioning
The do-up accounts for added pliability, which means you won’t need to keep repositioning the razor all the time. In numbers, Gillette claims the average lifts and strokes per shave will come up to about 150. It’s like shaving in cursive, thanks to the revamped pivot head.
Fluid And Flexible
As you transition from your jaws to below the jawbone, or along the cheekbone, the fluidity and flexibility of the Gillette FlexBall razor definitely plays its part. You will find it hard to believe at first, but yes, you can actually shave the entire stretch in one fell swoop.
Smoother And Swifter
The experience may not be revolutionary in the world of shaving, but it does feel much smoother and gets over much faster. In short, it’s a great improvement that makes use of the same blades that you may still have lying around.
