HTC Wearable Technology Is On Its Way

For all the gadget-obsessed crazies out there – here is a new addition to your list. After going through some rough phases in recent times, HTC is making a comeback this year with its new wearable device concept. Headed by Chairman Cher Wang, the company is in the process of reviving itself after the fail of the HTC One last year.

HTC Is On A Roller-Coaster Ride

Except this time, the company might just stay on the up side. HTC has been looking to develop wearable gadgets for a significant number of years now, but was hindered by consumer-centric problems such as battery incompatibility and issues with other components.

It is not known what the kind of wearable concept they are working on will look like. It could range from something along the lines of a SmartWatch, a lot like Apple’s upcoming concept device, the iWatch, or even glasses like the , or a simple Smartphone companion. Or maybe HTC will surprise the world with an innovative device completely unknown to the tech universe, trouncing all competitors in the process. Only time will tell.

 

 

Marketing Strategies Are In Place

With well-grounded plans to commercialize the wearable product by the end of 2014, HTC attempts to right all wrongs involved with the previous failures of the company. Some of these wrongs include the lack of importance given by the company to marketing in the past couple of years.

Targeting the wearable devices sector is definitely a good move for the tech enterprise, and could provide a very promising outcome.  Also releasing in the immediate future is the newest version of HTC’s trademark Smartphone.
