Not What You’re Thinking
When you have a title this deceiving, it’s hard for you to get away with mediocrity. This campaign doesn’t just prove to be a brilliant idea, but also seems to be one that will leave you rolling on the floor, waiting for the next edition.
And You Thought Your Picture Was Bad
This campaign goes to show two things. One, there is no such thing as a bad idea. Two, you don’t need to look a certain way to be on a widely liked and enjoyed campaign. The people that were being photographed look different from one another with respect to facial features and personality. What brings solidarity to the campaign is the photographer’s idea and the will of the ones being photographed.
Campaign Interpretations
The artist is Tadao Cern and the idea is simple. To create a series of photographs breaking every norm of traditional portrait photography.
