The Sky Tower Free Fall
An adrenaline rush is the most dangerously addictive thing that is practised by most humans on a daily basis. It’s so popular simply because you take a calculated risk, and the first time you tried that, your calculations were just about right, and the reward was indefinitely satisfying. The small thrills aside, jumping from a tower a hundred feet high without a cord, is well, crazy!

Freefall From A Hundred Feet
The Sky Tower from Tivoli Friheden in Denmark is one such thing. It’s overly exciting and equally terrifying. The tower takes you a hundred feet off the ground and drops you into a freefall with only one net at the bottom for you to fall into.
Three, Two, One, Bounce
The fall takes less than three seconds and is easily one of the most scariest things you could do in a lifetime. These towers are similar to Suspended Catch Air Devices or SCAD towers. These have been used by researchers to simulate near-death experiences to measure how the brain reacts and what it perceives when it thinks it’s about to die.
The Rewards
The fall forces you at the speed of 90 kilometers per hour towards the ground, at the end of which you earn the right to wear an ‘I did it’ pin available at the park. You get the perfect view of the Aarhus bay from on top, and if you crack and decide to not do it, you can take the ride for the view, says the Tivoli Friheden website.
