White Apartment by Next Level Studio

This amazing apartment is located in Uherské Hradiště, Czech Republic. It was completed in 2012 by Next Level Studio, which is a Czech young progressive studio that tries to release from everyday commonality. The Studio seeks unordinary solutions with high emphasis on functional and esthetical quality. Next Level Studio is not afraid to make experiments with new processes and methods as we can see in this project.

Lasting more than three years, the reconstruction of this three+one involved an endless process of thought and construction, which finally fulfilled the vision. The architect was interested in monochrome space, where light can be experimented with, and the color white, which has many shades, tones, and values. During the day, the sun warms the interior with light of 2000 – 3500K, while the artificial evening light is set on 4200K, cooling the space.
