Concept: Ecodrive Bicycle That Can Ride With An iPhone

Out of all the navigation smartphone apps that daily flood the market, only a select can safely be simultaneously used while driving a bicycle. With this new concept by Ecodrive, they have come up with an easy to eliminate this dilemma by introducing the Ecodrive bicycle.
The model, slightly futuristic in appearance, was created by designer Juil Kim and was officially presented at the Seoul Design Falr 2010 in black and white. The idea is rooted in the three major urban truths of our time; ever-increasing traffic, the environment at risk, and poor security. This concept represents a model of safe street smarts and combines old and new in perfect harmony; there are warning lights and integrated turn signals that can be controlled from the handlebar and proposes an ad hoc space to insert your smartphone.
The Ecodrive bicycle effectively uses the many services offered on an iPhone, like your GPS navigation, with little distractions and without ever taking your hands off the steering wheel. The place reserved for the smartphone is in fact below the handlebar, both ergonomically and aesthetically pleasing. Besides the uniquely designed aluminium chassis, the bike can accommodate a battery for charging the device while riding.
