A caged existence is one that many have tried to picture from time to time, but seldom ever get the experience right. This simple real-life video is of a drunken man struggling to get across a fence, but that’s not all its shows. If you look hard enough, you’ll see that the video actually has a whole story to tell, stemming from the realms of human existence and strife.

Stuck Behind The Fence
Captured by an amused onlooker, this video shows a drunken Russian seemingly stuck behind a high fence. He aches for freedom, and tries everything from squeezing between the iron railings to climbing over the fence to get out of there, to no avail.
Resignation And Desolation
And then, almost as if he has resigned from the struggle to get out of there, the man seems to grow very desolate and starts to move away from the fence. And then, a perfectly-timed entry of a little boy saves the day.
Leading The Way
Unmindfully showing the inebriated man how it’s done, the boy, just back from some grocery shopping, casually walks through a big gap in the fence a few feet from him. The imprisoned drunkard is astonished by the discovery, and nonchalantly makes his own way across.
A Metaphor For Life
Played out with a rather sorrowful piano background and a contrasting hysterical event, the video has been considered a metaphor for life by thousands of viewers. Chronicling the very futility of human existence, the clip is rather inspiring amidst the bouts of laughter it can induce.
