Looking like a whole lot of polygons got integrated into their faces; the pictures are a remarkable work of art that revolves on the use of a lot of photoshopping skills.
How Mordi Did It
The pictures in polygon art style were created by manipulating an already existing photo of the Game of Thrones characters with the help of a polygon mesh that was placed on top of them. The mesh was then filled in with color using Illustrator.
The Collection
Featuring portraits of Daenerys Targaryen, Tyrion Lannister and Arya Stark, the collection is rather interesting to look at. The finishing of the fourth season of the Game of Thrones last season is probably what is driving artists to create such series, which viewers everywhere definitely enjoy.
Full Grids And Photographs
While the work looks impressively intricate, the truth is that only two templates were used to create the pictures. A full grid rendered from the original photo of the character, and some colors is all it took Levi to create these amazing pictures.
Other Creations
Apart from this photo series, Levi has also created some very interesting set of photos, like the Game of Firms, for example. This series incorporates all of the households depicted in the series as a successful company.
Creative Minds
The fantasy world thought up by George R. R. Martin has been given so many new perspectives, it’s hard to keep track. The fragmented glory of this polygon art truly stands out though, giving the Game Of Thrones characters a whole new definition.
Befitting The Royals
The portraiture that has been implemented for these creations seems befitting only to someone from a royal family, and that is apt in the case of the GOT characters. Nevertheless, Arya Stark looks the best in her new rendition, and Levi has also provided pictures of the process involved in the creation of each piece.
