Vertical Take Off And Landing (VTOL)
Skylys has been designed and built to handle vertical takeoff as well as landing, and is also a drivable vehicle. Flying is possible when the car is integrated to a set of detachable wings, something like a transformer.
Sustainable Mobility
Combining so much functionality into one vehicle, this flying car is essentially an urban twofold hybrid flight and electric drive motorized vehicle. Allowing for decongestion of traffic, time-gain as well as reduction pollution substantially, Skylys is a perfect vehicle for sustainable mobility.
Driving And Flying
Equipped with four futuristic wheels, the vehicle adapts to its multi-propeller system using a modular robotics system, which serves as the chief structure of the flying car. Owing to the shape and size of the vehicle, driving is extremely effortless, and provides multimodal links between aviation and automation.
Commuting Between Places
With the idea of making transport between airports or between buildings simpler, Skylys was designed to facilitate easy connection between suburban areas. The fields of civil protection, fire-fighting, ambulances, rescue operations as well as personal use could also find application of the flying car.
A Regular Car On The Road
Of course, Skylys is very fancy to look at, but when it’s on the road it behaves as just any other car, requiring your normal drivers’ licence to drive. Some plus points though, are that the car can be manipulated in confined spaces and comes with a detachable propulsion mode.
The Smart Flying Car
To put in few words, Skylys is a hi-tech, motorized, multi-directional, propeller-propulsed, lightweight, aerodynamic, modular, ergonomic and aesthetic vehicle. It is one of those innovations that has the most impressive technical constraints with architectural exploits that haven’t been explored before.
