The Surface Pro 3 Will Replace Your Handhelds
The Surface Pro 3 measures just 9.1 mm in thickness, and is supported by a multi-stage kickstand. With HD display and an aspect ratio of 3:2, the device’s screen is 12 inches in diameter and the tablet comes with thin bezels in designs of black and silver. Pre-orders for the tablet will be accepted by Microsoft starting at $499.
Thinner And Lighter
Weighing just under 800 grams, the Surface Pro 3 is way lighter than its predecessors, apart from being thinner as well. Getting rid of the bulk from earlier versions of the tablet seems to have been an important factor in the making of the Pro 3.
Processors
Working in close collaboration with Intel, Microsoft has integrated Surface Pro 3 with Core i7 processors, which are the latest from the company. The requirement for a fan has been refined so well on the Pro 3’s chassis that you won’t be able to notice the fan ridge at all.
The New Kickstand
The kickstand for the Surface Pro 3 is particularly unique, because it comes with a Type Cover combination. Capable of supporting a canvas mode, the kickstand will let you put your Surface Pro 3 at an angle of 150 degrees, which is ideal for inking purposes.
Type Cover Combination
The Type Cover of the Surface Pro 3 is so designed that is seals itself to the screen via magnets so that your device is more rigid. Every time you adjust the kickstand to support a different position, the Type Cover will adapt accordingly so that the tablet is perfectly balances in your lap.
